Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost.
What about the lead time?
Sample lead time is 20 to 30 days, production lead time is 45 to 60 days depends on the production status.
Do you have any MOQ requirement?
It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 7-15 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.
How to proceed an order?
We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.
How about the payment term?
100% TT for sample or small quantity order. For container order, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy BL.
Do you accept customized design?
Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.
