In Quanzhou Sinya Crafts Co., Ltd. there is no piece of furniture that does not have a story about commitment, which starts long before mass production. We have worked towards establishing a reputation as a professional furniture manufacturer of high quality, since we started in 2007, producing electric fireplaces, and garden tables, all based on MgO. Although our 20,000-square-meter plant and highly-trained staff of more than 100 people allows us to expand effectively, it is our careful sampling procedure that is really the key to the success. We also welcome craftsmanship at all levels unlike fully automated factories. This philosophy is reflected in our sampling. Each sample, be it that of a new coffee table, an outdoor chair, etc, is crafted by hand, through casting, polishing and coloring by experienced artisans. Such a practical procedure when sampling the material enables us to detect finer details in material behavior, finish and structural integrity which a machine may fail to be sensitive to. Spending time on manual design at the sampling phase makes the design not only beautiful but also practically perfected to be produced.
Client-Collaborative Refinement
Sampling is a reciprocal discussion between us and our clients. We make physical samples before we go ahead with large orders which can be seen, touched and tested by the clients. This measure is important in the case of custom products such as electric fireplaces or customized garden furniture, where the texture, proportion, and functionality are important. The process of feedback is also used iteratively, like curves are adjusted, joints reinforced, or the exact shade of color is matched. This openness reduces shock and is the reason why the finished product fits exactly with the expectations of clients.

New designs made with MgO materials are frequent with our attention to research and development. Sampling is also a crucial test area of material stability, weight bearing and environmental strength- particularly outdoor furniture. After a sample has gone through rigorous testing, we record all the procedures so as to formulate standard production procedures. This is to make sure that the artistry that was generated in the sample can be reproduced uniformly across hundreds of pieces without loss of quality.

Between design stage to final report, we have an in-house capability to control casting, finishing and assembly, making changes easy.
